Published in the Common Grounds book series, Visual Tools for Developing CrossDisciplinary Collaboration, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Capacity is the collaborative work of various international authors, curated by Selena Griffith of the Centre for Social Impact at UNSW and her colleagues Kate Carruthers and Dr. Martin Bliemel. Blackwell authored Chapter 21, "Applied Visual Metaphors in Organizational Management" as Managing Director of Linebrand.us prior to his acceptance as a PhD student in the Rawls College of Business under the faculty in the Area of Management in the fall of 2017 where he began his studies to become an academic in entrepreneurship. In 2018 Blackwell transferred to the College of Media & Communication where his focus continues on a research stream of Renewable Energy Investment.
